Manas Itene is a Nigerian-born drummer, singer, and songwriter with a career spanning decades. He began drumming at age six and joined pioneering reggae band The Mandators at 16. A seasoned performer, he has played at legendary venues and festivals worldwide, collaborating with artists like Mickey Hart (Grateful Dead), Pat Monahan (Train), Speech (Arrested Development), and Babatunde Olatunji. His second solo album, One Accord, blends reggae, pop, and world beats, carrying a message of unity and hope. Through performances, drum circles, and mentorship, Manas inspires the next generation of musicians, using music as a force to uplift and connect communities globally.
