Group Leader Trainings
One of the pre-requisites of becoming a Home Group leader is attending our 3-hour training session.  You must be currently involved in an existing Home Group, or receive special consideration in order to attend.  Upcoming training dates are listed below:


Leadership Training
The first half of your training focuses on the logistics and structure of groups, your role as a Group Leader, and spiritual support for you as you develop your group.  This training provides an overview of the various components of a group meeting and how to organize and plan your meetings.   

Facilitation Training
The second half of your training focuses on facilitation techniques for small groups, including the use of affirmative prayer, positive languaging, and creating safe, nurturing learning environments.  We will discuss facilitation challenges you may encounter, and how to empower your group to encourage intimacy, safety, and growth.

Additional Education and Training
In order to deepen your understanding of Unity principles, you are greatly encouraged to attend all Unity workshops, classes, and retreats.
